Over an hour waiting for delivery and no one answers the phone. I don’t even know if my food is coming or not. And I’ve paid for it online!

I am writing to your on behalf of House of Pizza Walkley after speaking to an owner as we are a third-party company who is providing services to them. Due to doctor's recommendation and a possible COVID case, all staff were asked to quarantine and the restaurant was closed for some period of time. All orders during this period were cancelled, automated emails about cancellations were sent out. All payments that were taken online for any orders were refunded to customers within an hour. Superb crisp crust, cheese is delicious but not greasy and ingredients are always fresh! Best pizza and quick courteous delivery people. My only go to place.
